Thanks to everyone who came to the Children’s Wood playgroup today. The Wood looked particularly lovely in the rain and the children enjoyed jumping in puddles. Remember, if you don’t have gear for getting outside and want to join us, our event on the 15th of July will have lots of outdoor clothing for sale (for just a few pounds – nothing more than £5). We have made some headway on our raised bed, the lettuces are in. We need to slug proof the raised bed, remember to keep any eggshells and bring them along next week. I’ll get some bark as this also helps to keep the slugs off.
We received our membership and insurance from SPPA today, so we are now officially a playgroup 🙂
