Happy Easter!

Thank you everyone for coming out today. It looked like a great time was had by all.

We’d like to give a special thanks to the following people: Sorcha Dallas for making the Peter Rabbit cut outs and for decorating the wood, the Children’s Wood playgroup for painting the egg decorations, Steve Greenland for creating the Easter egg hunt, Rebecca Gault for leading the easter egg hunt, Tesco for donating £35 worth of chocolate bunny rabbits, Sarah Hunt for manning the tea, coffee and cake tables, Anna Lehr for her engaging and interactive Peter Rabbit story telling, Laura from Animal Magic and her wonderful furry rabbits and hedgehogs (and Laura Grimmer for helping her) Emily and Daisy for their great face painting, Dolly, Laura, Emily, Riikka and Quintin for their continued help with the general running of the events, Chisato for helping us to clear up, Charlie Cameron from The Western Baths for lending us the hot water flasks and all the wonderful Children’s Wood home bakers. Our next big and really important event is the North Kelvin Meadow and Children’s Wood protest on the 4th of April in George Square (11:45-12:15) For us all to have more great days like today, we need you to be there! do whatever you can to make this date free in your diary. Thanks again, CW team
