Forest School Club in the wood

This week two local schools came to the Children’s Wood to participate in our Forest School sessions with Mike Brady, he also led some Forest School  for families. They went really well, people made dens, swings, climbed ropes, made tea and had general outdoor fun.  For some of the children this was the first time they done anything like this, and they loved it.   We’re looking forward to Mike’s Forest School Club for schools next Friday, and to Joyce’s nursery to primary transition course with two local schools in a few weeks time.   We have plans to run more outdoor learning sessions soon, we’ll keep you posted.
